Grants to community service organizations may be considered to further programs that assist in meeting community needs.  Grants to individuals may be made for such purposes as furthering education, self-improvement, and other means to assist in obtaining employment, which in general will bring about self-sufficiency and self-realization.

Scholarship

The Wilma B Hogan Foundation Scholarship is for currently enrolled full and part-time undergraduate students pursuing any major in any college on the Tampa campus of USF.  

Applications are due

December 31st of each year.

Mission

The Mission of the Altrusa International of Tampa Bay, FL - Wilma B Hogan Foundation, Inc. is to provide funds for service to organizations or individuals in support of programs and/or projects that fulfill the community needs.

Altrusa International of Tampa Bay, FL Inc. established the Wilma B Hogan Foundation, Inc in 1999 honoring one of its members, Wilma B 'Billie' Hogan.  The foundation was made possible by Billie's generous bequest to the club to further its program of service to the community and club members' desires to continue and expand areas of service.
